Salon Riza & Day Spa

To ensure that you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving Salon Riza.

Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations for any of our salon and spa services. You may schedule this at a separate visit or combine this with your first reservation.

Arrival Time

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for a consultation prior to your service.

Cancellations

In the interest of all, we request that clients provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation of any reservation. Should you not cancel in these guidelines, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Gift Cards

Need a special gift for someone?
Give a Salon Riza Gift Card which can be used for services or retail.

For Your Protection

We regret that Salon Riza cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
